Terms of Service

Effective Date: 1 June 2025

1. Services Provided

Beyond Paraplanning & Intelligent Adviser Solutions (“Beyond”, “we”, “us”) offers paraplanning, operational consultancy, and strategic support to independent financial advisers and firms. These services include:

• Report writing (e.g. Annual Review Reports, Suitability Letters)
• Systems and operations projects (e.g. CRM, MI reporting, process documentation)
• Strategic support (e.g. scaling advice operations, workflow design)
• Custom templates and tools (e.g. Word/Excel templates, flowcharts)
• Beyond Partner Tier (monthly or quarterly packages with agreed inclusions)

2. Service Fees and Payment Terms

Hourly Rates: £60 per hour unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Project Fees: Quoted in writing prior to commencement.

Report Writing Service: Fixed pricing model unless forming part of a complex multi-faceted case.

Beyond Partner Tier: Priced at £2,000/month, covering a set number of reports and strategic support.

Payment Terms: All invoices are payable within 7 calendar days of issue unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted methods include bank transfer or other mutually agreed arrangements.

Late Payment: Invoices not paid within 14 days may incur a 2% monthly fee. We’re always happy to discuss timing — but clear communication is essential..

3. Confidentiality and Data Protection

We respect the confidentiality of any information shared and will not disclose it without written consent, unless required by law. We act as a data processor and are registered with the ICO. See our Privacy Notice for details.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and timely data
• Responding to communications and approvals promptly
• Finalising and issuing reports (Beyond does not provide regulated advice)

Intellectual property developed during engagements remains the property of Beyond unless otherwise agreed in writing. Reuse or sharing externally is not permitted.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the service directly relating to the claim. We do not accept responsibility for outcomes based on adviser-approved reports or business decisions taken from them.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days’ written notice. Final invoices will cover any work completed up to the point of termination.

We reserve the right to end engagements where payments are overdue, terms are breached, or continued work becomes unfeasible.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in the first instance.

8. Miscellaneous

These terms constitute the full agreement between parties and override all prior understandings. Changes must be agreed in writing. If any clause is found invalid, the remainder will still apply.
